Alveo – Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) a high-end real estate brand – is making a strong comeback in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) with its latest residential offering, Park East Place, rising to yet another prime location in BGC.

Park East Place is indeed a modern visual masterpiece created in collaboration with local Arkitehtoimisto Aidea and foreign design consultancy Smith Group. The residential skyscraper has distinctive design elements such as stone pillars, decorative aluminum cladding and a comfortable podium with added sloping fins.
The exterior also has a high glass ratio, which contributes to a truly striking visual appearance. Another unique architectural feature is the nine-meter glass chandelier that distinguishes it from the structures on the BGC skyline.
